Naveen has 25+ years of diverse experience across functions including marketing analytics, business & product development, consulting, operations, finance and investment banking. Naveen has spent most of his career with American Express. In his last role as Vice President with American Express, Naveen was leading a marketing analytics team of 100 people who were working with 20+ international markets.
Raajeev I. Aggarwal
President – North America
Raajeev plays an active role in developing TransOrg’s business in US and Canada. From 1990 to 1995, Raajeev worked as a technical and management consultant to various companies including Sun Microsystems, AT&T, IBM, Rational and Wells Fargo Bank. Prior to that, he held technical positions at Oracle Corporation and Bell Laboratories.
Education: Raajeev holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University. He also holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
Vikash Mohan
Principal - ASEAN
Vikas has a total of 25+ years of experience with diverse exposure to General management, leadership through client engagement, consulting, Outsourcing , building large and high performing teams for Research & Analytics, knowledge management & operations leadership through process re-engineering, innovation, leading change management and coaching.
Education:Vikas holds a PGDMA Degree from IMT Ghaziabad and is certified by Harvard.
Mayank Jain
Principal - North America
Mayank is a senior executive with over 22 years of experience in Human Capital and Transformation. He has led various groups and COEs for Workforce Strategy & Analytics in global companies. He was the Global head of the Workforce Transformation & Analytics COE for Allianz group and member of its Global HR Executive Committee. He has built and led similar functions at Providence Healthcare, Visa and Ameriprise Financial. He has been instrumental in helping HR organizations derive their People Strategy from Business Strategy and ensure execution of decisions based on Analytics. He currently runs People Transformation Group, a consulting practice with a focus on Digital Transformation.
Education: Mayank’s work and ideas have been cited in various books such as “Retooling HR” (John Boudreau, Harvard Business Press), “Transformative HR” (Towers Watson) and “Developing Human Capital: Using Analytics to Plan and Optimize Your Learning and Development Investments” (Gene Pease). He has spoken at international seminars and lectured at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
Shuchita Jain

Shuchita is a results driven business strategist and management consultant with over 14 years’ of experience in analytics practice development and consumer banking. At TransOrg she leads India market development initiatives and supports international market leaders in delivering GTM strategy, presales consulting, analytics solutioning, business case development, RFP management and B2B marketing. In her prior role at ICICI Bank she led branch operations in consumer banking.
Education: Shuchita graduated with an MBA from Vanderbilt University, US and with an undergrad in Commerce from Delhi University.
Jagpreet Singh
VP – CPG and Retail Analytics
Jagpreet has over 14 years of consulting experience working with top Fortune 100 CPG and retail companies. He has worked on variety of business problems like optimizing trade spends, optimizing marketing channel mix, forecasting demand for improved planning, optimizing markdowns amongst other areas by using advance analytics, data science and machine learning techniques.
